Janet has provided executive search service for over 25 years, establishing J. Arnold & Associates Executive Search in 1996. In addition to completing her BBA and MBA with concentrations in Marketing, she spent one year studying at the doctoral level in Consumer Behavior. Her work experience has provided her exposure to a broad array of industries including travel, hospitality, consumer goods, medical device, health & beauty, and fashion/accessories. Her love of the travel experience has taken her to over 70 countries to date.

Laura joined J. Arnold & Associates Executive Search in February 2015 after five years working in corporate communications for National Instruments, a technology company in Austin. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business. During this time, she took the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.
Laura also has a passion for travel, having visited 22 countries on five continents so far. Her husband is British, so she regularly crosses the Atlantic to spend time in the UK.
